What Are Your Payment Terms?

Payment required in advance for all new clients. Credit accounts available for subsequent orders, on completion of application and subject to credit checks. Maximum credit given strictly 30 days.

What Are Your Payment Methods?

Payment can be made by BACS and cards. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.

Do You Supply Products That Aren’t On Your Website?

Yes we do! Please contact us to discuss.

Will I See How My Order Is Going To Look?

We supply a visual for approval before order is produced.

What does Origination mean?

Origination or set-up charge is the one off cost for making screens/plates and set-up of machines to print your logo/text from artwork.

Lead Times?

Generally 10/15 working days from final artwork approval.Stock availability can effect lead times. Advise us at time of enquiry if an express delivery is required.

Colour Reproduction?

Most corporate guidelines will have specific pantone colours that must be used on all printed materials. If not supplied, we find the closest possible pantone equivalent to the colours used in the submitted artwork. PC's vary in reproduction of colours so without a pantone reference it is impossible to match 100%.

Delivery Times?At time of enquiry please advise if project is urgent as delivery dates are subject to timing of production,stock availability and final artwork approval.

What Are Minimum Order Quantities?

Minimum order quantity is the print run at a cost effective price. Orders below minimum we can do but will incur additional costs.

How Should I Provide Artwork?

Email Artwork in a vectored EPS or PDF format with Pantone colours. For a small cost we can provide or amend artwork, just ask!

What If I Don’t Have Artwork In This Format?

No problem, we can re-draw or vectorize your logo at cost. Please call for more information.

Embroidery?

Embroidery is your logo/text stitched into fabric.

Screen printing?

Screen print is the method used generally on paper and plastics. Each colour is laid down one at a time and usually there is a set/origination charge per. colour used.

What Is 4 Colour Process?

Four colour process printing is used for printing logos/texts that have shades and tints.

Embossing or Blocking?

Embossing is the process of creating your logo/text in relief on a surface using heat and pressure, such as metal badges. Blocking is a metal die that impresses into metal or leather, either blind embossed or gold/silver foil blocked

Engraving?

Engraving is etching into metal so that it lasts, such as a business card holder.

Transfer Printing?

Transfer printing is generally used on mugs and heavy fabrics with a textured surface.

Dye-sublimation Printing?

A dye-sublimation print employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto a medium such as a plastic card, paper or fabric and is mainly used for producing photographic prints.
